Yoga Es Vida Collective partners with individuals, organizations, and communities to make wellness more accessible, inclusive, and meaningful. Through movements, self care, meditation, and mindful experiences, we create opportunities for people to pause, reconnect, and build healthier habits that support the way they live, work, and care for others.

Reiki is a gentle and deeply relaxing practice designed to support balance, relaxation, and overall well-being. During your session, you’ll rest comfortably while the practitioner uses light touch or places their hands just above the body to support the natural flow of energy.
A Hispanic Heritage Month Yoga Experience
Join us for a special yoga experience celebrating the roots that shape who we are.
During this gentle, accessible practice, we’ll honor the roots and traditions of yoga while also making space for our own cultures, languages, families, and stories.
Cultura & Conexión will be an intimate Hispanic Heritage Month social event created for Latinas across the South Coast. The evening will bring women together for light refreshments, music, meaningful conversation, and genuine connection in the welcoming bilingual environment of Yoga es Vida.

Practical, engaging sessions that help your team reduce stress, increase well-being, and thrive.

Personalized sessions for individuals, small groups, women's circle, families, and special events.

A big part of Yoga es Vida happens outside of the studio.
We work with schools, community spaces, and local organizations to bring yoga, mindfulness, and meditation to people who don’t always have access to it. That includes offering bilingual classes, low-cost or free sessions, and creating spaces where people feel comfortable even if they’ve never tried yoga before.
A lot of the people we work with are dealing with stress, long work hours, family responsibilities, or just don’t see themselves represented in wellness spaces. So we meet them where they are.
That’s the work.

Sometimes it’s working with kids in schools. Sometimes it’s simply creating a space where people can pause and breathe for a moment.
The goal is not to make it complicated. It’s to make it accessible, real, and something people can actually use in their everyday lives.
With over 20 years of experience working in higher education, educating and supporting faculty, staff, and students, and a lifelong passion for education and wellness, Tahais founded Yoga Es Vida Collective Her long experience as a college educator has taught her that meaningful learning begins with connection. When people feel welcomed, supported, and encouraged, they're more open to learning, growing, and creating lasting change. That belief is at the heart of Yoga Es Vida Collective. Whether I'm teaching a yoga class, leading a workplace wellness program, or guiding a meditation, my goal is to create experiences where people feel empowered to care for themselves and discover that wellness is something they can carry into their everyday lives.
