This is a Slow, low-impact yoga class. In this class, you might find yourself flowing from pose to pose. Or you might find yourself staying with one pose for a longer amount of time. Without a doubt, you will be stretching, breathing, and feeling rejuvenated when you walk out the door.

This class is a combination of Yin and Restorative where you might find yourself holding poses (mostly on the floor) for longer period of times to access deep layers of muscle and achieve deep physical release; but also adding supporting poses with props so that your muscles, nervous system and mind can truly let go and release into relaxation.

Latin Flow is a vinyasa based flow class that incorporates meditation, flow of dynamic poses, and breathing techniques to melodies of top Latin hits. Open your mind and be prepared to fully immerse yourself in a cultural experience. This is a bilingual class teach in Spanish and English. You will leave class lighter, happier, and with a pep in your step! . Join classes and discover how yoga can be an inclusive practice for everyone.
