Vida means life, and this class is an invitation to honor yours through movement, breath, and presence. Vida Gentle Flow blends accessible yoga postures with mindful transitions to help build strength and inner balance without rushing or forcing.  A welcoming class for all levels, designed to help you feel stronger, calmer, and more connected to yourself.

ZenFlex isn’t just a series of yoga classes—it’s a way of life, a philosophy rooted in the belief that true strength comes from within.  This is a therapeutic yoga and somatic awareness practice designed to support processes of deep transformation through the body. It integrates conscious movement, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and a trauma-sensitive approach, offering a safe, accessible, and progressive practice. Its purpose is to restore inner connection, strengthen presence, and support emotional and physical balance during times of stress, change, or recovery. 


This is a yoga terapéutico y conciencia somática diseñado para acompañar procesos de transformación profunda desde el cuerpo. Integra movimiento consciente, respiración, regulación del sistema nervioso y enfoque sensible al trauma, ofreciendo una práctica segura, accesible y progresiva. Su propósito es restaurar la conexión interna, fortalecer la presencia y acompañar el equilibrio emocional y físico en contextos de estrés, cambio o recuperación.

Move, breathe, and energize your spirit in this signature vinyasa experience inspired by rhythm, joy, and movement. Sabor & Flow blends dynamic yoga sequencing with vibrant Latin beats to create a class that feels uplifting, empowering, and alive. Expect a flowing practice that builds strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence while inviting you to connect with your body in a fun and expressive way.

This class is a celebration of movement, culture, and feeling good in your own skin. Come ready to sweat, smile, and flow.

 Not everyone starts the day at sunrise, and that’s okay. This mid-morning class is for those who like to begin a little slower and ease into the day with intention. Through gentle movement, mindful breath, and supportive guidance, you’ll have space to wake up the body, clear the mind, and build steady energy without feeling rushed. A welcoming class for all levels to help you go with your day feeling refreshed, centered, and ready for what’s ahead.

THIS IS MY PACE


 Close out the week with a class designed to help you slow down, let go, and breathe a little deeper. Through gentle yin stretches, restorative postures, and moments of stillness, you’ll have space to release tension from the body and quiet the mind after a busy week. This is your time to reset, recharge, and ease into the weekend feeling lighter, calmer, and cared for. 

Style: Yin and Restorative
