Thais Michelle holds a 200-hour YTT certification as an instructor and has dedicated a decade to practicing yoga. She obtained her certification from The Heron Studio - Educational Center for the Human Spirit. Thais Michelle is the creator of her unique Yoga Style called "ZenFlex". Apart from being a successful Marketing Manager at a large corporation, she is a loving mother of two. Her interests include traveling, dancing, fashion, reading, and constantly generating new ideas.
