Beth Luna

Bethany Luna—affectionately known as "Luna" by friends—has long been inspired by movement, music, creativity, and the healing arts. A 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher, she has been sharing her practice since 2020 with a deep commitment to mindfulness and embodied presence.

Luna specializes in restorative-style practices that emphasize deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and the powerful philosophy of "creating more by doing less." With classical and artistic training across multiple modalities—including form-based instruction, Vinyasa, Flow, and Yin—she brings both structure and soul to her teaching.

Blending her unique spirit and creativity, Luna also developed her own playful, expressive movement style known as Urban Funk—a soulful fusion that invites authenticity, joy, and connection.

Always a student, forever learning, and evolving, she is continuously inspired by community, art, the unknown, and nature.

Jae’Lynn

Jae’Lynn is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance International whose connection to movement began with dance at the age of two. That early love for rhythm and expression continues to shape her approach to yoga today, where breath guides the body and a sense of fluidity in movement encourages students to explore presence, strength, and softness. She began practicing yoga in 2011 and, after experiencing its grounding physical and mental benefits, felt called to share the practice with others. Her teaching has evolved through mentorship from experienced teachers, the perspective she gained through motherhood, and her growing interest and training in sound healing, weaving together movement, breath, and vibration to support balance and self-connection.

Caroline DeCosta

Caroline started practicing yoga in 2018 as a way to stay in shape - exploring different studios and different practices, trying to find a good sweat. After finding her way back to the studio where she first started her practice, she realized that it did indeed feel like she was coming home. Coming home to a healing community rooted in natural laws and the rhythm of the earth, and coming home to her true self. Caroline now believes the practice of yoga to be connecting in with the body, not just using the body to create shapes. The energetic connection between mind, body and spirit has changed how she navigates her days and views the world.

Caroline is now a 200-hour Sva Ha Yoga and the Synergy of Sound Teacher - tapping into bioscalar energy, reiki, energy medicine and earth based medicine as well. In her heart based offerings, Caroline’s intention is to hold space for others so they too can come home to themselves. She believes that by inviting your inner child to heal, play, and radiate, one’s authenticity will bloom with love.
