Bethany Luna, (friends call her Luna), has been inspired by movement, song, creativity and healing arts for many years. Beth Luna is a 500 hour Certified Yoga Teacher and has been teaching yoga since 2020.
Her area of expertise has been holding +teaching restorative style practices focusing on relaxation, nervous system regulation, and creating more by doing less. Beth is classically and artistically trained in form style teaching, flow, vinyasa, Yin, and created her own play-style practice inspired by her own spirit calling it "Urban Funk".
Always a student, forever learning, and evolving, she is continuously inspired by community, art, the unknown, and nature.
Luz is a Certified 200-hour YTT instructor. She has been practicing yoga for seven years and got her certification at the School of Yoga New Bedford. She teaches Basic Yoga and Hot Yoga classes.
She is an Occupational Therapist and Caseworker as well.
She has two beautiful grandchildren. She love to travel.

Apart from being a successful Marketing Manager at a large corporation, she is a loving mother of two. Her interests include traveling, dancing, fashion, reading, and constantly generating new ideas.
Jae’Lynn Williams is a 200hr RYT who has been practicing yoga since 2012. With a background in dance, movement and yoga have always felt natural to her. She has a natural ability to flow through creative sequences, and emphasizes tuning in with the body and breath through her teaching. Through her practice, slowing down, being present, and feeling both strong and tranquil will be the focus.
