Qigong (pronounced "Chi-gong") is a traditional Chinese mind-body practice that combines gentle, slow movements, controlled breathing and meditation to cultivate "qi" or vital life force energy, aiming to improve overall health, balance, and well-being. The practice involves coordinated postures and movements to stimulate the body's internal systems, calm the mind, and reduce stress.

Most of us do not breathe properly and are completely unaware that we hold our breath in stressful situations. Our breathwork sessions will include various pranayama techniques to help you both physically and mentally by teaching you to harness the power of conscious breathing to reduce stress, enhance emotional well-being and improve physical vitality.
